BUT it seems to me that you are actually asking two questions. Attraction is about either "hey she's attractive, nice to look at, pleasant on the eyes or intrigues my brain, and I want to get to know her more....
whereas "turned on by them" means 'she has a great ass I want a piece of that"
If you are asking what makes men want to have a relationship with a woman... well then that's a hugely different issue. What I like about a man may be things you would not tolerate in a partner and the same goes for men... what my boyfriend likes in a woman may be things another man finds unacceptable.

However, personality and intelligence are my biggest turn ons. I love a girl who can engage me in deep conversation, is honest and has a good sense of humour. A woman who is happy in herself is always a winner for me. I'm turned on by confidence and radiance. Someone who can brighten a room by just walking into it.
