This condition aqquires the diagnosis and treatment by a medical professional. The foul fishy odor is from vaginitis and can be caused by different things. Trying to cleanse internally the famale genatial isn't going to work. It can actually make things worse by pushing the infection further back into the body cavity.
Tell her that she needs to check herself out. Be careful not to make her feel bad or embarrassed. Simply say that she needs to have a looksee, that sometimes doesn't seem right and you noticed a strange odor. I am sure she will get the message. Let her know what you think it is and suggest nicely that she see a doctor to be treated.
This sort of things needs to not be let go. If she does it can worsen and the signs and symptoms can be really bad.If left untreated the odor can get stronger as the bacteria increase and make the infection worse.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The most common causes of vaginal infection are thrush, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, chlamydia and gonorrhoea. Other infections include genital herpes and genital warts. Also a forgotten tampon can promote infection as so can too much femine cleansing because it can change the PH balance of the vagina, thus disturbing the good bacteria that takes care of the bad and keeps it from doing it's job.
SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP AND REMEMBER THAT WAITING TO HAVE SEX CAN MAKE THINGS SO MUCH BETTER. DON'T WASTE YOUR YOUTH TRYING TO BE TOO GROWN AS YOU WILL HAVE SO LITTLE TO LOOK FORWARD TO AS YOU GET OLDER.
ALLOW GOD TO STEP IN AND TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP, YOU WILL BE REWARDED FOR IT AND YOU WILL SURELY HAVE FAR LESS REGRETS. 8-)
God bless,

It causes a bad discharge and a fishy smelling odor.It can be cured with antibiotics and daily hygeinic care. She may wish to avoid sex til its gone. She needs to be told she doesnt smell very good, but in a gentle matter. She may not even notice she has a problem.
