writes: Hey, I may be freaking out over nothing here, but my period is about 4 days late and I'd really like some advice.Me and my boyfriend have had sex twice in the past month, both times we used a condom and they didnt appear to have split. A week or two ago we were also messing around in my bed, having manual sex but 'showing each other how', which meant I had my hand on him and then myself and vice versa. He didnt come while we were doing this, but is there a chance I could be pregnant? Is it possible that it might be late because i'm so stressed out thinking this over all the time?Any advice would be welcome, I'm really really worried about the whole thing :S

I'll get my period once every 3 months, or once every three weeks, it chagges left and right, and it is terrible, but I don't worry about it. Only 4 days isn't something to worry about, but if it gets to be weeks without your period then go get a test. Don't worry for a couple of weeks though. Hope you're not preggo girly!

It happens to me a couple of times a year that I miss my period - and every time I get really freaked out. However, every time it's happened it tends to be because I'm stressed out at work rather than because I'm pregnant.
My advice is to take a pregnancy test (it's a little bit scary buying one at the chemist but it's much better to know!), rather than do nothing and worry about it

Yes there may be a chance you could be pregnant. Although he didn't cum there is a thing called precum that the penis releases to cleanse the urethra and there may be a chance that there is some sperm in there.
Also...you may not be pregnant. Sometimes periods are irregular...believe me...I just got my period for the first time in five months!
My best bit of advice and suggestion I can give you is talk to a school counselor if you're afraid to talk to a parent and get a pregnancy test...PRONTO
