I cannot agree more; "lexilou" gave you the perfect remedy; GINGER.....ginger biscuits is perfect; at times when I could not get hold of them, I ate raw (crushed) ginger with a little honey or sugar; there is trust me, nothing better....but nothing!

Good luck!

lexilou agony auntYou poor thing I suffered terribly with my daughter, my first pregnancy. Ginger is good as it helps with nausea so try ginger biscuits. Dont wait too long in between meals as hunger can make you feel sick too.

Keep biscuits by the bed or ask for breakfast in bed as you often feel better first thing if you eat before you get up. It does usually get better in a few weeks time.

Why they call it morning sickness though baffles me, mine was always worse at night! Also its the only time in your life when you can throw up one minute and then immediately want something to eat.

I wish you luck and hope you feel better soon x
