Depends what is meant by it.
If you were just basically playing a game with words, and both of you knew it was just words and that nothing was ever going to happen, and nobody wanted it to happen anyway... then it's fine.
If the implication was that you WANTED something to happen then NO it is in no way fine.

Flirting isn't cheating its actually pretty innocent. But at the same time it depends on what your intentions are. If you know you are in love with someone, then flirting just might be a reaction it doesn't neccesarily mean you are attracted to that person. Just becareful because that could hurt you significant others feelings or they might take it the wrong way. Best of luck.
