My step brother Brendan who was 18 always babysat me. I know him since I was 11 but he didn't do anything then. One day I was reading a book in my room and he came in asking if I could help him. Then I followed him into his room and he grabbed me by my arms!He starting ripping my jeans and shirt off and taking he's clothes off. He kept saying if you tell your dead. Which made me scared, so I screamed and cried. He started licking my vagina and I would yell stop and he would just make it worse. Then he forced me to have sex! After that i could not stand it any more so I just tried to get out and ran into my room sobbing and locking the door.I called my friend Abby if I could come over her house which is across the street and told her the whole thing and I cried again! Now I never saw him again beacuse I told my mom and she seprarated us! What should I do now?

the same thing happened to me hun about 3 years ago and i still have flashbacks and nightmares. im in a loving relationship and now have a daughter even with all that going on.I would suggest talking to a close friend who you trust about every detail if they will listen that should make u feel a little better.I personally never had counceling because i hate talking to strangers bout my personal feelings so i find someone i can trust.Try that babe and keep me informed?

I definitely think you need to talk to someone about this, someone qualified, like a counsellor. Could you ask your doctor to be referred? You don't have to give specific details as to what it is that's bothering you, but just tell them that you are struggling with something and need to speak to someone.
I hope you find some peace from these memories. x

What he did to you was a violation & he had no right to hurt you. Its normal to have flashbacks ov a traumatic event but if it is affecting your everyday life then you should seek professional help. Goodluck sweety, hope it works out for you.
