Flaky girlfriend never calls or is always late (but didn't used to be)

A male age 41-50, *arm writes:

This girl and I were together 4 years, broke up, had new FB/GFs and then got back together (sort of). She often says she'll call me at a certain time, or we'll hang out, but then I don't ever hear from her, or she'll call hours later to cancel our plans. I call her cell and she doesn't return my calls for days sometimes. She apologizes for this and then never changes. What's going on with her? It never used to be like this.
