I love my body everywhere else and am worried if I start trying o loose lots of weight, I'll loose weight form the parts of my body I'm already happy with. My friend suggested getting a bike and going for bike rides around the city - will this help with thighs? Reply to this Question Share |

i have the same problem i've been on a great diet. one really great excersise you can do. lay flat on your back with one leg bent up with your toe faceing the cieling. then thrust your pelvis upwards (slowely) do this 10 to 15 times (if its easy do another 10) then switch legs. don't forget to breath steadily. do this every other day.
hope this helps
