1) try to 'evacuate' before hand and wash up or shower. being 'empty' helps out alot and washed is always a good thing.
2) the pose is going to be more of your opinion, side by side (spooning) is good, or on your stomach, him from behind, probably not doggie style if he's really big
3) Use lots of lube!!! especially if he's big, and make sure he starts really really slow, tell him to stop if it hurts too much. I would ask him to use a finger or two around the opening to start to get you used to the feeling. REALLY IMPORTANT : STAY RELAXED, don't squeeze any muscles. My ex was really big and I had to stay as loose as possible. I put a pillow under my chest laying on my stomach. that was most comfortable for me. It might hurt a little, but if you stay relaxed, that should minimize it. after a little while, I got into it and was able to go at a decent 'humping' rate. Right after we were done, I went to the bathroom and sat on the toilet for awhile. otherwise, the seman will leak out (may need to grab a towel) on your way to the bathroom and for the next couple of hours.
4) I'm not sure if you can get hemoroids, i think it depends on how big he is, what size you are and if you use alot of lube...
