Basically we all know that first time sex hurts for us girls and can make us feel alittle un well after. but how does first time sex effect guys? do they have any wierd sensations, etc?Yes I have had sex, so don't go giving me the "it will hurt talk" as i know...it did hurt but I was just interested in how it makes a guy feel or if it is just us girls who suffer a little. I didn't even think of circumcision, but that would be another painful sexual thing for a man to go through.About 96% of boys have adhesions and if they don't go away by puberty they should probably be released by a doctor which would also be painful.

When a boy is born his foreskin is attached to the glans or head of the penis like a fingernail on a finger which gradually release through his life and are usually gone by puberty, but some can still exist. If he still has adhesions between his foreskin and glans they might rip and bleed during sex and that would be pretty painful.
