 The first time is always over quickly, there's not a lot of things you can do about it.
There are techniques that can delay ejaculation but they take a lot of practice.
Just relax, it will be fine for both of you.

 I really don't know if this is true, or real, but i heard it somewhere. Holding your pee in. When you go to the toilet, pee, then hold it for a minute then pee, then keep holding til you finished. It sounds odd i know but it's worth a try. Other than that, I'm female so i wouldn't know lol. But, your girlfriend isn't gonna notice either way coz it's her first time too. Hope this helps =)
