Just relax, take deep breaths and just think that it's no different than talking to him online. If you just can't relax, tell him in a jokingly, funny way that you're really nervous. "Sorry, I'm really nervous" is all.
He'll think it's funny and very cute. Trust me on that ;)
Most likely he'll try to calm you down then and there, too :D
