Get rid of your jitters. Its wussy women find it that way. Id work on creating attraction. A good dinner is ideal. Eye contact n converse a bit. Avoid any place flashy or mum. Aim for average. No roses or chocolates or any of that. It will come across as ass kissing initially. Good luck.

To be honest, I don't think that anything can beat going out for a meal for a first date. Or, if finances don't stretch to a whole meal, make it tapas or gelato or cake. (Just make sure it's not Burger King or the like). Then you can sit down and chat and find out more about each other (which will give you more information about what she likes so you can plan a more exciting date next time)I could suggest all sorts of other things but I don't know what she's into and I'm assuming that you don't know her all that well yourself since you only work with her occasionally. You could just go for a drink at a pub or wine bar but choose a quiet one without blaring music and all your (or her mates in it) so you can talk and get to know each other.Going out to see a movie or a play or a concert is fun but you don't really get the opportunity to talk as much.Find out if there's a funfair going on in your vicinity. Your local council's website should be able to tell you about events like this.If the autumn weather is being kind to you, you could go for a walk somewhere pretty (a park, local woods, riverside, pier etc) and hopefully have a sit in a cafe or pub at the end.Have fun
