Not much you can do if the contract says that the company can cancel the contract within 2 weeks of joining. Also did you get it in writing that you would be trained for two months? Did you leave another job before joining this company? You can go to the CCMA, might get a settlement but unlikely the job back. Further the settlement will be based on the answer to the questions above. I personally will not do it as I would not want the stigma of a troublesome staff. Even if you did nothing wrong its just the perception. Sometimes we just have to try hard and been seen to be making an effort to learn the job.
