 There was obviously a reason why you two broke up in the first place but of course your old feelings will come back, you cared strongly for this person.
Firstly, he might just want a friendly chat, maybe he was feeling nostalgic so looked you up.
I really don't think you should just up and leave your current boyfriend and drop everything for a guy who might not even be interested.
