You need to get to the root of what's causing your stress and deal with that. When you find out what's causing it write it down, there may be serveral reasons. Then write down how you are going to tackle each problem, write down who could help you too, it may help to share a problem. Have you got any stress remedies in tablet form where you live? We have kalms tablets here in england, or bachs remedie pastilles and syrup. You may want to have a look on the internet and see if you can buy them, they are quite good when taken regularly. You may find it useful to chat to a pharmacist or a doctor, they will be able to show you how to handle stress. You will feel better by eating heathily and by exercising too. X
