If she isn't taking contraception of some sort then even if she wants you to put it inside her be the responsible one and put on a condom! You seriously don't want the consequences 9months down the line!

 First of all, take a breath. It's okay! You are with many many guys your age in this. You mentioned pulling out in time...I'm hoping you were wearing a condom. Condoms in your case can slow things down a bit in the sensation department, which is a good thing for you.
You might want to consider relieving some of your sexual tension before you go out with your girlfriend, because that will help you last longer the second time. You were too excited this time, and having an insurance jerk before you see her could possibly help.
Don't worry about facing your girlfriend. She's into you, and in some respect, it's a compliment knowing that you wanted her so much that you couldn't control it.
When you feel like you're going to let it go too early again, pull out and grab the end hard, which sometimes holds off the ejaculation.
