 Can you give us a bit more to go on please. Why do you think it is like this ? Is it him - or you - or both of you? Who is missing it between you? How are you both dealing with it - could you help each out - with your hands?

 If you really love him and want to make it work talk to him, talk about your relationship and where you think it went like this. Maybe do some things to spice up your sex life. Or if you feel the love has completely gone and you are like passing ships in the night then maybe its time to call it a day.
