Not necessarily, If you feel something in your heart for him, no matter how small it is, i think it is worth holding on to your relationship - if you're thinking about it enough to write about it on here, you must love him on some level. i know quite alot of people who have regretted breaking up with their boyfriends/girlfriends (and haven't been able to get back together). I think you should wait until you know for certain whether you actually like him. If you dont, then i don't see any reason why you should.Hope I helped :) x

 If you are not attracted to him then break it off with him gently. But if you are and you are happy stay with him. You are very young and you are curious to try different things. That's understandable.Hope this helps =)
