No offense to my family but it drives me crazy. My younger brothers are very noisy and it's hard for me to focus on homework and studying. My mom is very loving and someone I can always talk to, but sometimes she can be annoying- she will only let me go out one night on the weekends and I have to be home at 2. I DO take my studies seriously and would like to relax (and sleep in) on the weekends; she will wake me up at 9 and do chores. I told my mom and dad that I would like to be on my own but that backfired. My dad scoffed and said "think about all the money you're saving!" while mom said we are too "poor". (Side note- my 2 brothers and I attended private school, which is very expensive) I have a part time job but it barely pays for my share of things, making it impossible to afford rent. How can I deal with this? Some days I get so fed up with this!

Unfortunately, it's your parent's home and as long as you live there, it's their rules. Not to mention they're probably paying for your schooling, so they call the shots.
So you've tried the whole you're legally an adult so maybe it's time for them to stretch the rules a bit? At least they don't make you pay rent for living at home during uni/college. So in a sense I see doing chores on the weekend at 9 am, as part of your rent. Chores don't take all day.
The only other choice you have is going full time at your job (if it's possible) and saving up enough to move out with a roommate. Or finding a different job that pays a little more and is full time. Then you would have to balance the responsibility of living on your own, plus school and a full time job. Not as easy and glamourous as you think. Living at home with your family rent and living expense free isn't start to look so bad.
