Try and not to listen to either side of the family war, and never take side, dont start slagging his family off to yours etc. Because lets face it, blood is thicker than water when it comes to famililes. Tell your bloke that these things they are saying are hurtful and nasty and you want them to stop. Dont carry tales back to your family and hopefully in time they will all get bored with it. But dont let this get between you and your bloke.
