Think about a girl yoou have a stable relationship right now and ask them out to the movies or invite her over to hang out at your house. Spend the summer with her and don't even think about your cousin either. Your going to want to get with someone now before school ends. And make sure that you like them because you want this relationship to last a while, at least until school starts or longer than that maybe something will come from this relationship or maybe not but the goal is to keep your self ocuppied.

Have a good read of it and follow the links to find out where you stand legally.
I've lived very happily with my first cousin for the best part of ten years now (it's legal here) and from my own experience I can thoroughly recommend it.
It might be an idea to find out if she looks at you the same way as you look at her though. Tread carefully.
