God, I'm sorry but I HATE the advice that satindesire gives. She's rude.
Anyway- Do YOU want him to be your actual boyfriend? If you want him to be, have a serious talk with him and let him know you won't hurt him like his last girlfriend. If you don't want a serious relationship with him but still want him to hug you and everything, then why don't you make the first move? Just hug him and he'll hug back.
