 Personally, I dont think long distance relationships work. You always miss each other, you dont have a physical relationship, and its easy to worry that theyll find someone else. Especially as you are doubting your feelings, I think you should break up with him.

 how long will your bf be gone? are you LDR now permanently?
if it's just a short term thing maybe wait and see if him moving back home makes a difference.
if the LDR is permanent then it's time to end it.
