He only is cosigned on the house loan so I was wondering if I could move all his stuff out and into a storage unit so he'll get the hint to get out and stay out. If he's co-signed on the loan then doesn't that mean half the house is his?
If he's paying for it then it's half his.
See a lawyer and take him to court. You need to get an order to settle this kind of thing. You can't kick him out of his home if he has a right to be there though.
