Chill chill. Something probably cropped up ad she couldn't meet you. If I wasn't interested in a guy I would just tell him in his face and make it clear to him. But in your case, she's likes you and would Defintely make time. Just be more patient. Why not be a little more cheeky about the situation? Next time something crops out again, tease her and tell her to do the asking out next time she's free.
