If you go STRAIGHT AWAY after an orgasm then you are probably going to be a little raw and sensitive, and since your pee is full of urea and salt and other fun stuff then this can sting.
Go and get and STI check up anyway. It's always good to check you are in the clear of things like Chlamydia which has no symptoms.
It's nothing to be embarrassed about. It just shows you are having sex and you are being an adult about it.
