 if your at the oldest 12..and its hurting her then she obviously isnt ready. give it time
i dont think you should realy be having sex at teh age of 12 to be honest

 try using lubrucunt to help and take it slow she might feel wet but not be that wet try different positions to see if that help to ease the pain hope this helps x x

What me and my boyfriend did was we had sex but he was really gentle. After a while the pain went and everything was fine. It might hurt her if you have sex again but it would only hurt when you put it in. Once it's in everything should be okay.
