writes: Seventy percent of the time we have sex, he tears me. I tear near the little part just below the vagina (it commonly tears during child birth). Not a big tear, but just enough to make it uncomfortable. Everytime it happens he stops our love making. He apologizes and it really makes me upset that he can't just get over it. If we use condoms it happens more, if we use lube we can go longer before it happens...no condom with a little lube takes longer to hurt me...but it just happens. Any advice on how to stop tearing or how to get him over this?

reader, anonymous, writes (20 December 2008): i agree go to your doctor. in relation to your boyfriend getting over it would it not be worse if he wasnt concerned, hes thinking of you before himself. Go to the doctor and then im sure he wont be as over cautious.
