 What do you mean by the term, "I feel sick?" Do you think that she is doing something wrong? Too nasty? Too personal? Guess I'll stick my neck out and suggest that religious or other influences earlier in your life may have instilled some kind of aversion to such adventurous sexual activity. The reality, despite the dominant puritanical influences in the West, is that oral stimulation to both genders has been practiced throughout human existence and is quite pleasurable and healthy.

 I'm not positive but it sounds like anxiety. Have you ever had a blow job before and did it make you feel sick? Anxiety is a defence mechanism. When our brain receives a threat based thought, whether the threat is real or not, it releases adrenalin to survive ie to fight the threat or run away. It's called the "Fight or flight" theory. To do this the body has to be light on it's feet so it needs to get rid of all it's waste and the things that slow the body down. That's why people experience diarrohea, urge to urinate and be sick. You need to work out why you have this threat based thought about fellatio. What is your underlying fear? Do you find it a turn off or unhygienic? Have you ever had a bad experience with oral sex? Are you scared or nervous about your penis or whether it's clean enough? I know it's not easy but if you let your girlfriend perform the act you may find that the nausea diminishes. Once you get into it you'll forget about feeling sick. The next time or a couple of times after that, the sick feeling could be gone altogether because you're okay with oral sex.
