If you have missed 4 periods then something is seriously wrong - you need to go to see your doctor now!
You really should have taken a test after you missed the first period, if it is the worst case scenario and you are pregnant then you could be over 4 months pregnant!
The contraception you are using is very effective and it is very rare for it to fail, but there is always a tiny chance that it might not work. So take a pregnancy test at home and make an appointment to see your doctor. Whether you are pregnant or not, you still need to figure out why your periods have stopped!
I hope this helps and good luck!

You need to take a test :)All the symptoms you've described can be signs of pregnancy so take a test as soon as you can. Then you can work out what happens next. Take it step by step, and try not to worry until you have a positive pregnancy test in front of you (easier said than done I know). Good luck!!

Sweetie, I am not sure about the contaceptive you are using, but I do have a question, after the rod was inserted in your arm did you wait for any period of time before having sex or did you have sex right after it was inserted? Why I am asking is that some of these contraceptives require time to start working. I would suggest that you take a home pregnancy test as well, just to put your mind at rest.
