 If she had her period then it is unlikely, as the uterine lining has been shed presumably with an unfertilized egg attached.
Is she trying to get pregnant? If so she should be already consulting with her OBGYN. If she is not trying for a baby right now, then she should look into getting on some form of hormonal birth control so you don't have scares like this in the future.
She can also take a home pregnancy test in the coming week, just to double check, but I doubt she is.
