 I second trying a fleshlight on him. They make one specifically made to simulate a mouth. My friend has a similar issue and using one of those really helped "scratch an itch" for her boyfriend. A lot of guys will put some lube on and stick the fleshlight in the microwave briefly to better simulate sex.
