 This is what we call "beer googles", when we think we fancy someone when we're drunk. Drinking impairs judgement so we do things we wouldn't necessarily do when sober.
Of course you'll find a person you love. But the thing is, is she going to like a person who not only goes out underage drinking but gets pissed and snogs random girls? If you're not careful you'll get a bad reputation.
Slow down on the drinking and learn a lesson from this. Good luck.
