Just remind yourself that he has probably taken a liking to you as well. As a guy your age, I can tell you that I am very attracted to any girl who looks half decent and has an alright personality.
Just talk to him a lot and be flirty. Don't throw yourself at him (that's annoying) but tease him and hint at a relationship.
