I'm not added as a friend so I can't see her relationship status.Does this mean that she's likely in a relationship? Why else would she upload the photo?What are some other ways I can tell she's in a relationship?

She could just be good friends with this person.
Do you know the girl in real life? You should ask her, or perhaps just send her a friend request and find out.

If you want to find out, add her and look for yourself. Or have a friend of yours thats friends with her to look.
