No. I had 2 dreams that I got a positive on my pregnancy test and we missed my fertile window this month. It takes healthy couples up to a year to conceive a baby. Even if you have sex on your ovulation day, you still only have a 30% chance of conceiving that month. Getting pregnant can take some time, it's not instant. If you haven't conceived after a year then I would make an appointment to see a fertility specialist for fertility tests for both you and your partner.

I used to dream that i was failing in primary school. It was a recurring dream. When i eventually completed my law degree this dream stopped. Perhaps my subconscious was working?
My question is thisare u sexually active? On birth control? Do u want a baby?

Dreams are often our subconsious telling us something that we havent yet properly realised. Especially as you woke up feeling excited, and then felt disappointed when you realised it was just a dream. x

Dreams usually don't mean anything, so I think you should disregard them. The only way you could be pregnant is if you've had unprotected sex recently. Have you? If so, get a pregnancy test. If not, just disregard it. We all have strange dreams sometime or another.

A

Perhaps the dream was merely stemming from feelings of wanting a child?

Dreams do have meanings but no in a literal sense.
Dreaming of being pregnant often symbolises a new life or new beginning in your life. It doesn't mean you're pregnant. If you've had any other symptoms though it's best to take a test.
But the dream alone doesn't mean you are pregnant.
Hope this helped :)

Unfortunately, the only thing that means you are pregnant is a positive test or an ultrasound.
Dreams can express many things. Fears, desires, etc, but very rarely do they tell you the future or that you are pregnant.
See your GP or take a test if you have doubts.
