I returned to work and had quite a few people come up and give me a hug and say they were glad that I was feeling better. There is a man that I work with that I am interested in and I think the feeling is mutual but am not entirely certain yet. A couple of men...just friends gave me a hug in front of him. He said that he was not going to hug me...yet. I think there is more than friendship here. Was he trying to tell me something with this remark.

Hi there, I think that the 'yet' is a very good hint but please bare in mind that if anything does happen you still have to show your face at work the next day. If it was me I would try flirting a bit more with him. Ask for that hug, or ask him when you are going to get it, see what he says.
Go for it but tread carefully!!!

I think that the best thing to do is ask him!
If he did mean something by this remark, he's probably hoping that you'll ask him about it, and if he didn't, at least you'll feel better for knowing. But really I think it's most likely that he did - so ask him! It's probably the introduction to conversation that you two need!
