No, it does not. While Skinny Water is new to me the idea of drinking/eating something with low-calories to stop you from wanting to eat is an old idea. Same as the idea of a magic ingredient that helps you burn calories.
Green teas are often mentioned. Eating celery works and that too makes sense.
Best way to loose weight while eating? Celery and lots of cold water, why? Because it costs more energy to digest celery then it produces and cold water needs to be heated up by your body wich costs energy.
Sadly, both forms hardly make up for when you then eat a bag of potatoe chips or a mars bar. For that matter the energy required is nothing compared to a good excersise or sex.
Want to burn calories? Have an orgasm. Does wonders and you might enjoy it a lot more then paying for over-priced flavored water.

I bought it when Tesco had it on buy one get one free, its supopose to suppress the appetite i think. Much like Adios i expect. It might well do that, but nothings better than eating sensibly at the end of the day. Tap water is just as good.
