she definatly wants out hunni, and when people are drunk they and more likely to speak of the true this is a known fact, i am sorry but i think you should go out and meet a few people and be more involved with them,
this may build your confidence around women and help you to decide if you really love her or not,
to stop you from getting hurt real bad in the future you should talk to her about it now

She wants you to pay more attentions to her.
You are not giving her enough of your attentions.
Once you do , those words will cease coming out of her.

Does your wife drink a lot?
If so...how much, how long has she been drinking?
Then ask yourself why she is unhappy.
You say nothings changed...perhaps thats the problem!
