I we have hungout at partys and she has even come round to my house (just the two of us). I recently asked her out on a date but she said that she wasn't sure at the moment because there was a chance she would be moving to another city due to University. However what is confusing me is that she said she get's her exam results in August so I am unsure if this means she wants me to ask again later or if she is just post-poning a direct answer, since asking her we have still texted as much as usual and she is still coming round to my house.. I'm really confused and could use some help. Thanks :)

Ask her anyway when she gets her exam's results in August, ( if she is not moving ),what have you got to lose ? If really that was her only reason for not going out with you, this time she will obviously says yes.
If instead she was sort of letting you down easy, at least you'll have the satisfaction of putting her on the spot and forcing her to come up quick with some more creative excuse :)
I know that you don't want to waste time on a losing proposition , in case you have been friendzoned, but hey August is just behind the corner , what's a few weeks more. Plus, I think that , if nothing has changed since when you ask and you still are close and getting closer, she DOES like you , but...I am no clairvoyant, so I guess you'll have to ask again.
