When we broke up it was like we shouldn't have because there was nothing wrong, we just broke up.But now we are best friends and hang out and talk a lot, but 2 months ago I asked her back out because I thought she showed a lot of interest in me but apparently not. The thing that confuses me is that I have been talking to this one girl. And my ex has said that she is starting to fall for me. And that she is getting jealous. Just a few days ago this girl and I have got into a small fight and my ex knew about this. So a few days later we have been hanging out and just the other day have done things. And she doesn't care about the other girl being jealous.So my question is, does my ex still love me? Or is she looking to play around?

I think the term 'dosent want you but dosent want anyone else to have you' comes into play here. It does sound as if she values your friendship and cares about you but dosent want to commit fully. The fact she suddenly became interested once again when there was another lady on the scene, shows she is not ready to let you go yet isnt ready to be commited to you.
Give her an ultimatium, tell her you are either an item or just friends and that you don't enjoy being messed about. Im sure she'll come to her senses and finally make the right choice.
