She smiles and laughs a little only some of the time. We went to the fair when it came into town an we both had a lot of fun.(I started liking her a few days before.)Thats seems to be the only time that she seems to really really truly enjoy herself a lot around me.  You may be stuck in the "friends zone", but off the top of my head, some signs that she might be interested are:
If she touches you a lot, (like she's looking for excuses to touch you).
She is playful, teases you, pinches, punches etc.
Smiling and laughing excessively at you- even when you're jokes aren't funny.
She treats you differently from how she treats other guys.
She doesn't try to talk to you about other guys that she likes to you.
She initiates conversations, seeks you out, tries to get you alone, tries to make plans with you etc.
