Does she just want him for his money or does she really love him?

Dear all at cupid, My ex guy broke up with me (he's 5 years older then me) to get back with the mother of his child, they split many times before and this was the longest 6 months, anyway she was always texting him it just concently got more and more, next thing I know we've split, anyway she's still with her bf and she keeps telling my ex it won't be for much longer(we'll see), the only reason I think is that she doesn't trust my ex, he slept with someone when their child was just born (wasn't me) and she says she needs to trust him again, well yesterday he said she's begining to trust him again but she's still with the guy and it's complicated but he won't tell me why it's complicated where he tells me other things thats going on between them. Part of me thinks she's after his money and that's all she wants but I've been getting it from his family who all hate her including his mates, and part of me says she loves him that's why she was always texting him, but then if she did why is she still out with that guy she's with now as he doesn't treat her nice at all?
