She's not a loud/flirty person at all and kinda shy. We usually don't talk (usually shes the 1st to say sumthin) but when I do say something first, she goes crazy. Like she acts kinda wacky. In a cute way. By wacky I mean she might mimic what I said in a funny voice or she taunts me. I've caught her starin twice, once it was really no accident she was right next to me. It's hard to describe it but yeah. Other things are: touching my leg by accident, paying my late fee, wishing me happy bday three times, once after the actual day. I don't talk to her much. Shes also hot as hell! what do u people say?

btj is verified as being by the original poster of the questionHey thanks a lot guys. What do I say when I ask her out?? Do I have to tell her she's amazing right now, or just ask her out to get to know her better? Thanks again both of you.

She definitely likes you. Definitely. The way shes acting I presume she thinks you like her back, shes frustrated because she wants you to make a move! She goes crazy when you talk first because its not what she wants you so say. I understand us girls are stress-heads and very confusing but if you like her, be spontaneous and ask her out! If you don't really want to get into a relationship with her I suggest you distance yourself from her a little because in my opinion she clearly thinks that somethings going to happen between you two. Good Luck!

I say talk to her! It sounds like she really does like you. But the only way to be sure is to talk to her about it.
