either that or she has a personality disorder, which is a real medical, mental health problem that needs to be diagnosed and treated by a psychiatrist.

I'd say your wife is dealing with pregnancy hormones, unless she was treating you like this before she got pregnant. Being pregnant can bring out the emotional side in a woman, positive or negative.
