writes:I am starting to wonder if my fitness instructor is crushing on me? He is 15 years older than me. Lately he has been trying to strike up conversations with me more. He is always smiling at me and laughing at everything I say. I always catch him checking out my body. Even when he is teaching a class, he is always glancing over at me and looking at different parts of my body...ie... ass and stomach. He is married and has a family. I am not sure what to make of this?He knows I am single. He Facebook friended me but I checked his friends and nobody else from the gym in his class is on his FB friends list. He is not staring at anybody else or is as friendly with them.I am a very flirty and friendly girl. I am above average in looks and used to be a fitness model. I work hard on my body and am in great shape. Do you think I am subconsciously sending him some kind of vibes that I am interested?I don't think he is physically my type but what he does have is a whole lot of charisma and sex appeal. But he's married and 15 years older. What is up with this behaviour???

reader, anonymous, writes (21 January 2013): It's the OP. He looks at my body outside of class. I catch him staring at me across the room and checking me out. I am not moving. Just standing there. I will not cross that line. But I do think he is attracted to me. He does not behave this way around anyone else. It doesn't bother me. It is flattering. I get this a lot. As long as I keep it all in check, it should be fine.

What matters is up with yours. Since I assume you are wise enough and classy enough to not go after another woman's husband why does it even matter what he's up to or what he wants?
maybe he looks at you in class to make sure your form is correct.... that's why my instructors watch me or touch me (to get me in proper alignment)
you are falling into the trap of thinking that what someone else wants matters more than what you want.

reader, anonymous, writes (21 January 2013): he might be just checking out your body because you work out. just checking to see how your work out is doing. if he is married leave him alone period. nothing wrong with someone looking at you, dont take it the wrong way.
