A female United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

Hi everyone. i would like some thoughts into this situation.

I went a guy online and over the weekend we met for coffee. We ended up talking for about an hour or so. It wasn't magical sparks flying everywhere, but it was a nice conversation.

At the end he said that if i ever wanted to do something to get in touch with him. I'm a bit confused by this. I don't know how to take this. Does it mean he's not interested or he is in hanging out again?

He gave you the offer so that obviously means something he might also not want to become across to keen. So if you like him and think that somethingcould come from it then go for it but if its very recent then

i would wait little while.

It means if you're interested you'll make the next move. He's playing it cool.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (21 January 2013):

I'm thinking he probably is interested but wasn't sure if you were, so he wanted you to initiate contact with him if you wanted to go out again. That way he wouldn't seem too eager or stalkerish.
