We chat about everything and go on camera to one another and we always smile at each other. I dont know if I should feel these feelings but it isnt like we are first cousins... We spoke about many things and they said it would be accidental if they fell in love with there family member. How could I tell if he fell for me and what should I DO?

I am in touch with a few of my cousins and we have never, ever, EVER discussed anything even bordering on the realm of falling in love with a family member.
I would say there's a reason that you two are engaging in such conversations, without knowing either of you i wouldn't like to say why that is but I reckon it's significant.
I think it's technically OK for even first cousins to get together, although it is a bit frowned upon, and distant cousins are probably OK on that front, but I imagine you'll have to put up with a lot of family involvement- much more than in other relationships.
Do what you feel is right but start by being honest with your cousin.
