Since the break up we have seen each other once and we text every couple days. He said I was the best he had but it wasn't fair to me for him to continue to be selfish bc of the depression. We didn't want to break-up. But here is the problem. Things have been good for us talking recently. On saturday he was going out of town and he was texting me as he and his friends were driving up. I told him to have fun and be safe. He text back and said thanks, I will text you on my way back. Well on Sunday during the day no text from him. I was debating on if I should text him to see if he got home safe but I thought that was too 'girlfriend' of me and decided not too. Well that night I got a text from him saying 'I'm home. in case u wanted to know'. I text him back said I am glad u are home safe and sound. and he said I am sure. Night. I text him and asked what that meant, asked him if he was upset with me with no response that night. the next day in the evening I text him and said hello how are u, with no response. I don't think he should be mad at me and really wish I he would respond to me. What should I do or say to hear from? or is it best to leave him alone?

Let him get on with it. Don't say anything to him, let him come to you.
